So as well as treating the injury, your therapist can help identify and correct these postural faults, enabling you to prevent injury in the future. Injury can also be caused by suddenly movement resulting in tearing/damage of the soft tissue and joint structures (acute). Your therapist can provide the best advice to aid in your rehabilitation and apply soft tissue techiques to assist the healing process enabling you to recovery much quicker.
