Austin set up his first company called Birmingham Sports Rehab in 2008. Austin has worked with a variety of clients including runners, climbers, cyclists, skiers, martial artists and other athletes.

Austin now uses a variety of techniques combined with specific chiropractic adjustments to achieve outstanding results with patients from all backgrounds including the very young and old. Techniques include Bio-Mechanical assessment and Remedial Physical Therapy, Gait Analysis, Thomson Technique and Activator Methods.

He was first introduced to Chiropractic after a recurring back problem. Austin was a keen runner and had to stop his favourite sport. He had been to see his GP initially and over a two year period the frequency of back pain episodes increased with no resolution.

It was a visit to the Chiropractor that resulted in a dramatic change in his condition and the Chiropractor’s help and advice got him to get back to Running in a short space of time. It was this experience that also changed Austin’s career path when he decided to train as a Chiropractor.
