Mission

Philosophy

Connection & Balance

I like to take a more holistic and global approach when looking at posture and function. Medicine likes to compartmentalise the body because it is much easier to study this ways. Unfortunately the body does not function separately because there is no separation, everything is connected from your neurological system to our circulatory system and our myofascial system. Where the muscles end the myofascial system continues into a network of guide wires that hold our structure together under tension and compression (Tensegrity).

Mission

Knowledge & Power

My ultimate mission is to help people reduce and eliminate their physical pain and gain function back to their body's. To discover what you are doing in your life that is triggering your pain and formulate a plan to resolve and prevent this in the future. Knowledge is power, therefore giving you the knowledge and tools to help yourself will provide you with long term benefits. A quote from Buddha “Every human being is the author of his own health or disease” The main causes of chronic pain are lifestyle choices and environmental factors. By take ownership of your pain and health you can be empowered to change it.
